All Sales Final

Our rugs are one of a kind and in most cases, vintage. Yes, we do have & can commission brand new pieces, but the majority of what we sell is vintage. All of our rugs are hand selected by us while we are in Morocco, and we oversee the entire process of selection, cleaning, shipping & receiving before we eventually show them at pop-up markets or in our shop. As we cannot control the environment that a rug goes to after it leaves our hands, all sales are final.

Cleaning a rug

Your Moroccan rug loves to be cleaned! But please remember, these rugs are made with all-natural dyes and are made of sheep wool. Therefore, we recommend spot treating them for stains, and vacuuming regularly to remove debris. You can spot-treat a stain with water and non-toxic, clear soap, like Dr. Bronner’s. If your rug is a neutral color, you can also power wash it once or twice a year and dry outside in the sun.

Rug Loans

We understand that sometimes you just need to see what something looks like in your home before you invest in it. Because of this, we offer a 24 hour “rug loan” on large pieces over $1000, which gives you time to take the rug home and see how it fits in your space. For this, we require a $1000 non-refundable deposit. If the rug works out, you’ll pay the rest of the balance and enjoy your new rug! If you don’t love it, bring it back within 24 hours and we’ll swap it out for another one. (Please note that the rug will be inspected for any pet stains, human stains, food stains - any stains.)
